The Bluebonnet is a brand new residential property in the tiny house community of The Retreat at Waters Edge.

This tranquil waterside community offers an abundance of outdoor activities and nearby sightseeing adventures.

The Bluebonnet includes a fully equipped kitchen, including a purified water tap, a crockpot, and more, to make whipping up a homemade meal healthy and easy. It also offers smart TVs... boasts a spacious wraparound deck and grill for family time outdoors and a few steps away is a huge firepit surrounded by Adirondack chairs... free standing hammock, enclosed porch, and plenty of seating for relaxing.

Located atop Monteagle Mountain halfway between Chattanooga and Nashville, Tracy City is the gateway to outdoor adventures within South Cumberland State Park ( 3 minutes away). Tracy City is part of a unique cultural history that developed along the Cumberland Plateau in the late 19th century that is still being celebrated today. From the vast expanse of the renowned Fiery Gizzard Trail to the fresh baked goods of Tennessee’s oldest operating bakery, Dutch Maid Bakery, you’ll find activities for all times of day, any time of year.
